Kaiser Permanete is a huge health care provider. They wanted us to rethink about their current retail kiosk because the kiosk didn’t not effectively message KP’s quality care, choice of doctors, convenience, and benefits of being a KP member. Our design goal was creating a retail kiosk that provides consumers with information about Kaiser Permanente, promotes Kaiser Permanente’s value proposition, and positions Kaiser Permanente as a trusted advisor on Health Care Reform.
